Birthday Bash

2011 NOVEMBER 05

That Time has arrived like clock work once again.
Last night I thought about years past and couldn't help, but let the tears roll down my face.
Today a year ago I was at a friends' place,picking up the most wonderful cookies I had ever tasted, from a lady with the biggest, most passionate heart I had ever met.
Two years ago today I was sitting Uncomfortably with perfect strangers waiting to meet up with My Soul Sister Amitha .
When I got the call I remain silent and once again tears rolled down my face.
I couldn't make out the words to the people I was with. They would go on to panic asking whats wrong.
I thought to myself maybe if I don't say it out loud it won't happen.
I continued to not say anything except for the occasional 'Yes' / 'No'.
I staggered my way home and realized how much my life was about to change.
Those two beautiful people are gone now, but I continue to realize the great abundance of people in my life who bring so much good to it.
They claim I'm the inspiration, but their passion and love for life is what helps keep me going.
My poor mind knows this day is particularly hard on me.
The thoughts that come with each gift, wonder if Amitha would have gotten this many gifts, probably more.
Each happy birthday, I don't have anyone to tease. Really a birthday is a very lonely thing once you become more or less ignored.
I am so thankful for today and all the beautiful people in my life.
I want everyone to know that.
Thank you for the sweet birthday wishes. I truly feel loved.
Last night I dreamed I was with Shraddha, soon I realized she'll never come back as I waited in a dark, dreary house, with the curtains drawn. I know that part of my life is over.
She can't ever be back like she once was.
What I do now is all of you today are in my life for a reason.
I just want to say thanks to each one of you.
Shraddha,My bestfriend And My Soul Sister Amitha and Last and not the Least -Digantha :) :)

Duggu I miss you.

The Boy I Love

Today I am going to write about a boy who is everything in my life.He's sweet,admirable,mischievous,lovable, Royal and a bit aggressive at times.That's what I don't like in him;It is hard to please or convince him. Otherwise he's Good as God.When I first met him,I never thought he's the love I was Waiting for.
I was new to this city,so practically he became my Guide.He took me to places I could never Go without him.He is the Light,burning more and more to Enlighten my life.
His presence made me feel warm and Comfortable.A secure feeling would come when he puts his arms around my neck.That love,I only felt in Dreams.We spent a lot of time together,in this Traffic -driven busy Metropolitan City.Sometimes we walked Hand in hand, Sometimes we Rode in his Favorite bike & sometimes (rarely) we Drive in his Car.Seeing him Drive the Car,was a pure pleasure to my mind.I was so happy and I'll always be With him.
Feb 13 2012
That's when I started to feel that I was in love; With him,Bangalore,Lonely Nights,Anxiety to meet him,Airport,Cold night,Long drives. Being alone with the person you love is a feeling that a million dollars cannot bring.I was finally committed to a person who made me smile like there is nothing to worry about.That day changed my life forever.
He taught me being bold,courageous and Brave.
Realized my life was finally decided and I'm destined to be With such a marvelous Person.
I already started imagining my Royal Wedding with My Love
I took my life so seriously only after meeting him.before that I was a Dumb,Aimless girl With nothing in mind.I
I want to write a novel based on me and My Love, Trust me you all will love how I found and fell in love with My significant Other :)
A day never came,when he refused to help me in a bad day.My first call out will be Him,whenever I'm in stress,anger or If I'm Sad.
I Can't forget how angelic, serene and Beautiful his Innocent face looks.
Purity of his heart,loyalty and good Character are the wealth he possess.Love is all that he could offer me,with which I totally agree.My eyes looking straight into his eyes was the most beautiful dream coming true.
He came into my world like fresh droplets of morning dew;

I thank him for the love he poured into my life
I thank you honey, We Will never Set apart.
With Love,
Ananya
That's what my Love calls me.
There's no happy ending in my story.Because,True love Doesn't have A ending in it.

Note for Self #1

Note To Self#1

A friend and her husband are going through a very difficult time in their marriage, and I began to wonder whether all the cause is not exactly that they love each other.
I wonder if they did not just come to accept that it will always be like this years ago.
I learned that I should appreciate my beloved every day and every day to be grateful for what he did to me. I learned that a relationship is something not just happened by itself, but what I need to work on with purpose each day.
Today found some useful tips for. a beautiful life.
Read them, live more fully, and I promise you will experience a beautiful life!

--The best is yet to come… Believe.No matter how you feel, get up, dress up, and show up.
--Do the right thing!
--Call your family often.
--Each night before you go to bed complete the following statements: “I am thankful for…” – “Today I accomplished…”
--Remember that you are too blessed to be stressed. --Enjoy the ride of life. Remember that this is not Disney World and you certainly don’t want a fast pass. Make the most of it and enjoy the ride.

Lesson #2

“Not everything is supposed to become something beautiful and long-lasting.
Sometimes people come into your life to show you what is right and what is wrong, to show you who you can be, to teach you to love yourself, to make you feel better for a little while, or to just be someone to walk with at night and spill your life to.
Not everyone is going to stay forever, and we still have to keep on going and thank them for what they’ve given us.”

A group of frogs was playing when two of them fell into a deep pit.
When other frogs saw how deep the pit was, they told the two frogs that they were as good as dead.
The two frogs ignored their comments and tried hard to jump out of the pit but all in vain.
Finally, one of the frogs gave up but the other continued to jump even harder and made it out.
Moral : You should never give up trying till the time you succeed :)

A Mite Of Hope
Every evening , when i return home from The college, walking myself back to home, my eyes automatically turn towards a small temple across the road that is enroute to my home.
The reason being, there is a woman with her two little daughters, sitting at the entrance, waiting for the passer-by to offer them something. The two girls were wearing some dress over slop.. they were so weak and skinny. Pale and Weakened.
When i saw the little one, she may be 2 & 1/2 yrs old, with a scarf around her head, in the cold evening, sitting along with her mother, sometimes eating something, or other times, just walking to and fro with a pale look in her face.

I offered the Woman some amount which I had, the little girls were so hungry .
I gave them a bag of chips and pack of cookies. and Few chocolates that I always keep in my handbag .(for myself )
I gave them a big handwoven blanket which was a gift from a close friend's grandma , hoping it would help them in the unbearable cold nights
For the First time, I felt myself to be Selfless.
. I have humanity I'm a human with nature like kindness,
sympathy and helpfulness . hope I could Do more for these kind of people.
She has touched my heart so much that i thank Lord Krishna for giving me a home, parents & a satisfying life ..
The very small girl at the temple is not sure about what life has in store for her.
Still she always keeps smiling whenever I pass her by , I can't see worries on her mind and always accompanying her mother, except when it rains. In the cold winds, with her tiny feet, i sometimes see her sleeping on her mother's lap comforted without realizing what time of the day it is and what is happening around her.
I never felt this thankful to my parents and their efforts to educate us and maintain our well-being.
I never was so touched by anyone but this small girl and her curiosity and Courage . I only pray, some kind and capable person offers them a good home a roof to live under instead of the open sky near the temple or under the stone pillar and some good food instead of begging.
God bless that woman and her Two lovely daughters near the pavement. I Wish I could Do Something For them..

Loneliness

Lonely Days In Bangalore :
As the day turns to dusk , I thought why was I here.. My purpose and my aim is different from others'. I cannot stay blank and should work on the things which I cannot do. I wish I were More Strong I wish My Mom Was Here. Just like she was there, when I went to school for the first time...
she took my hands and promised me she would Be there and till I come back, she sat and waited for me. just to see me assured and I need that Once again..
I am afraid of something I don't know .
I don't understand things which i am supposed to learn. I fear about most of the common things in an unusual way. Why is this Happening To me !! I strongly refuse to be all alone but situations make me all alone . Recently, I couldn't wake up fresh in the morning and cannot sleep Peacefully at the night. The oddities of my thoughts are struck somewhere. Why is this Happening all these days :-(

My Sweet Child

Tiny movements and tiny kicks,
Oh sweet baby, a mother's bliss!!
Can't wait to give you Huge hugs and lots of kiss What tiny dreams you might be having now?
I would understand someday, somehow
I dreamed last night, your tiny face
An angel indeed, made from God's sweet embrace
:-)
I know that somehow you could now hear
What a thrill you will bring when I think of holding your tiny tender hands ,
the joy flows within ..
Now Calm down my baby, it's time to rest ;
Inside my womb, your own calm nest :-)
I love you Child. You are my Blessing

Inspiration comes out of nowhere

I began to paint and draw when I was 2 or 3 years old, being an only child (at that Time,as I'm the first child of the family) , spent a lot of time sprawled out on the carpet with crayons, painting brush, watercolors and paper. Those early memories are still vivid– my eyes being close to the floor, inspecting the crayon labels, seeing color spread across the fibers of the paper was much fun than any of this generation kid will ever think of. I remember my cat always used to quietly sit and watch me paint and draw. I really miss those days :-( Childhood Always Rocks :-)

Lost In The past :-)

A Life Changing Experience
When I found out I was moving to Delhi, it was beyond a nightmare, it was something I couldn't even imagine. Although I am South Indian with a manageable Hindi accent , It was more of a distant land, rather than a home to me. Bangalore was my true home; it was my birthplace and my life. Leaving Bangalore would be for the first time was like letting go of my entire six-year old world. The visions I had of Delhi were solely based upon a few summer visits filled with intense heat, Dominant people, pollution, chaos, and filth. Even though I knew this would be a complete change from my comfortable life in Bangalore, with my wonderful house, shopping malls, and all the junk food I could ever want. During my first six months in here, my expectations met almost exactly. I hated my new apartment, I missed my school and friends and I was sick of all the dirty market places that filled the streets of New Delhi. I remember coming home almost everyday and just crying from pure frustration. I was not used to this different lifestyle with servants, maids, and drivers. Although these things might seem like amenities, to me they were just chaotic . I wouldn't even let myself see the positive aspects of anything. After those six months were over I finally realized that I was going to be in there for only few more months .Then I realized that I had to stop dwelling in the past, and start making the most of my new life. It was then that I became thoroughly involved in my Work. I even found some people who were South Indians and they all understood exactly how I felt. They had moved from different places, and also some had been there longer than others, they all welcomed me with open hearts. It was amazing to be among such diverse people who had traveled all over the world, people who had such incredible experiences to share with me. My company was a very reputed one with Outsourcing from Germany and UK. I worked as Testing Engineer and Soon My coworkers and I not only became friends, but almost became like a family as well. We knew everything about each other, and although at times this could get quite annoying, it was always nice to know that I had such close group of friends. Now, when I look back at my time in Delhi, all I can think about is how fortunate I am to have had such a wonderful experience. My move to that part of India not only allowed me to see a completely different side but I was also able to establish unbreakable bonds with so many interesting and amazing people. Even now, after quite some years, I am still in contact with my closest friends from North. I cannot even imagine what I would be like without having lived in this part of India. I would have missed out on meeting so many extraordinary people, and I would be a completely different person today. The day which Went without Stress was that when I successfully demonstrated the New AI intelligence interface prototype me and my coworkers had designed.That day I was so proud and thanked myself for not chosing to Switch the Company just because I had to go to A unknown place.I was very thankful to all my friends who gave me Much that I could ever expect..
Delhi is the symbol of old India and new…
even the stones here whisper to our ears of the ages of long ago and the air we breathe is full of the dust and fragrances of the past, as also of the fresh and piercing winds of the present.
Great words By Jawaharlal Nehru
It best describes My own Experience in NewDelhi

Mistakes Makes Life
Last year, My friend Dr.Shimona Bhattacharya and I started Science & Discovery blog and we were extremely enthusiastic about what we were doing. There was very less of what could stop us from going to the top. We started as a science blog, and it was all gold and glitters we could see. Nothing seemed hard. I would write an article, she would write an article, and the few friends, we had in the team would write some more. We’d have had around 4-5 articles a week and the blog would run wonderfully. We were looking to reach as many people as possible. Over the time, with all the Marketing gimmicks that worked on Social Media, the best one was ‘Free Giveaways’. One random evening, Dr.shimona called up and said, “Let’s give away free ebooks, I’ve got some great ones in my collection”. Initially, I was reluctant,for it,Didn’t seem like a great idea, but went with it anyways. We got together on a Skype call and decided on the titles we were going to give.We went with it, we announced it on our Facebook Page. The deal was, “Like our page, and post on our wall in simple line saying, ‘I need the ebook’”. It was something anyone would have done to get a free copy of a Magazine or book. And guess what? Overnight, we got hundreds of likes and posts on our wall. And it kept pouring in the following days. Finally, we shared the book on Google Drive and shared it on Facebook so that our fans could download it. Nothing was wrong until a few hours after posting it. Then the comments of protest against Copyright violation started pouring in. Oh,Trust me we hadn’t seen that coming. People started commenting things.We immediately deleted the link.But people wouldn’t appreciate anyways. They continued criticizing. Apart from those who were furious about sharing the book, there were people unhappy about us taking the link down.We apologized for sharing the book online and then apologized again to those whom we couldn’t give the book to. We actually trended No.1 on Reddit for a whole night under Science Topics for this .At this time,I was just scrolling down our Facebook Page reading comments from people.One particular comment struck me hard, (It got me furious. We never had intended on Copyright Violation. We were just two teenagers trying to give away ebooks so we could increase our reach on Facebook). It read something like, “There are hundreds of people who make a living out of this, you cannot take it away. If you really want to share knowledge, why don’t you write your own book and then give it away for free? ”Well, writing a book was far from our reach at that point.But then, I something flashed to me.Me and Dr.Shimona had already worked on a magazine called ‘vision’. The creation ofthe magazine was what had brought me close to Dr.Shimona. It was her idea, to publish a magazine that was free, to share ideas from people and publish articles that everyone could read for free. Well, until then I never knew I wanted to work on something like that, but when I got introduced to My friend Dr.Shimona. Bhattacharya in early 2012, I just got along with her on making the magazine for my Science & fiction Blog.We had published it and it hadn’t really reached many people. Only a few hundred of them had actually downloaded and fewer had actually read it. Now, seemed like a good idea to release it again. People were challenging us to write a book and publish it for free, we couldn’t do that. I said, “We have everything ready, Let’s just republish the magazine with a Ravishing Name and design". We announced the same night that we were going to publish a magazine in the next few weeks and that it’d be free for everyone. Suddenly,all the furious comments turned into applause. People started congratulating us & appreciating for taking a bold decision to publish a magazine for free. More ‘likes’ poured in over the next few weeks while we were working on redesigning magazine.To add icing on the cake, we requested physicist, Professor Akash.Mitra to write feature stories for the magazine and he agreed. All this took place on the day when we released the Science magazine. We named it EMERGE which was an acronym for Energy Mercy Efficiency Royalty Guild and Enthusiasm ... We had left no stone unturned in spreading out a word that we were publishing a science magazine. Our fans had grown from 2.5k to 15k before the night of release, without even spending a penny on marketing. Well, the whole thing did not work out as planned, but we ended up getting loads of love from people

SEO : Search Engine Optimization We all have heard this term SEO in the field of internet Marketing.Lot has changed in these past few years about Search engines and Now-a-days we have a better One than we had just 5 years ago. SEO actually Involves the process of getting traffic from the “free,” “organic,” “editorial” or “natural” listings on search engines.

All major search engines such as Google,Yahoo and Bing have such results, where web pages and other content such as videos or local listings are shown and ranked based on what the search engine considers most relevant to users.

Payment isn’t involved, as it is with paid search ads. It is also the process of affecting the visibility of a website or a web page in a search engine's"natural" or un-paid ("organic")search results. In general, more frequently a site appears in the search results list, the more visitors it will receive from the search engine's users. SEO may target different kinds of search, including Data search,image search,local search,video search,academic search,news search and verification . .As an Internet marketing strategy, SEO considers how search engines work, what people search for, the actual search terms or keywords typed into search engines and which search engines are preferred by their targeted audience.

Optimizing a website may involve editing its content,HTML and associated coding to both increase its relevance to specific keywords and to remove barriers to the indexing activities of search engines.

Promoting a site to increase the number ofbacklinks, or inbound links, is Just another SEO tactic.

Search engine optimization is a methodology of strategies, techniques and tactics used to increase the amount of visitors to a website by obtaining a high-ranking placement in the search results page ofa search engine(SERP) -- including Google, Bing, Yahoo and other search engines.SEO helps to ensure that a site is accessible to a search engine and improves the chances that the site will be found by the search engine.

It is common practice forInternet users to not click through pages and pages of search results, so where a site ranks in a search is essential for directing more traffic toward the site. The higher a website naturally ranks in organic results of a search, the greater the chance that that site will be visited by a user.SEO is typically a set of "white hat" best practices that webmasters and Web content producers follow to help them achieve a better ranking in search engine results. search engines also look at site structure and design, visitor behavior, and other external, off-site factors to determine how highly ranked your site should be in the search engine results pages.I guess we could end the explanation there ...... But it doesn't feel sufficient. Even for a quick FAQ. I think to explain what SEO is today,we need to examine it through the lens of how it has changed. And perhaps outline exactly what SEO is not.

The street lights have been turned down low

Zillionaire: The Street Lights Have Been Turned Down Low;
Zillionaire captured a glowing depression on the new LP The Street Lights Have Been Turned Down Low. The lights could be turned off and this band would still find the ambivalence of 90′s indie rock by bands likePolvo and Codeine.
Two guitars sort through mild dissonance and goes well with jazz chords over steady rhythms and hushed melanchronous vocals. The result is one of resignation without weakness. Zillionaire play a good bit of slowcore – a rock genre whose feet dragging pace can sometimes wear listeners down. ButThe Street Lights Have Been Turned Down Lowhas a variety of approaches and enough dynamics to keep your ear. Quick stops often usher in part changes, flavoring songs with contrasts in mood, tempo, and melody. Album production is solid. Expect a fitting mix where vocals hover behind jangle-toned 6 strings and a warm, agile bass^ guitar. Song highlights are many. Slowcore comes front and center on opener “I Won’t Let You Down (This Time)”, a dissonant track too sleepy to conjure melody. Like much of the album, this is downbeat, minimal. That changes with “Loose Leaf”, a faster, more melodic track featuring the lyrics, “How did we get so far ahead of us? I told you a hundred times that I was done / I told you a hundred times before tonight / I’ll tell you a hundred times again”. This statement of resignation perfectly reflects the lyrics. Vocals come out monotonous with moments of inflection usually gathered at the chorus. “The Occasion of the Water Heater” jazzes with subtlety while a different vocal in a higher register makes its first of 2 appearances. Here, drums hide behind great instrumentation and the lyrics, “There it goes, and it goes an inch an hour / We’ll stretch it out, we'll make it last”; and right there, Zillionaire sums up the meditative stare they hold up 5:35 minutes of “Jesus Told Me So”, is shattered by the distortion of 2 heavy chords and a few simple high note tunes. “Tonight Will Be Alright” is catchy, relaxing and features a brief feminine harmony that shows up here and there throughout this album. “Put It On” brings back the vocalist from track 4 as the song through various parts finding plenty of hooks and strings.

My hovercraft is full of eels ;
"Dirty Hungarian Phrasebook" is aMonty Python sketch that first aired in 1970. A character thinks he can speak Hungarian, but fails comedically and says something entirely different than what was intended — often complete nonsense or something rude. Consulting a (dirty) Hungarian-to-English phrasebook, he then proceeds to walk into a tobacco shop and asks the guy at the counter, "Can I please buy some matches?", but he ends up actually saying"My hovercraft is full of eels".Hilarity Ensues.This typically has nothing to do with bad translations; the original speech was incorrect.
For bad translations, see Either World Domination or Something about Bananas,"Blind Idiot" Translation, orTranslation Train Wreck .. sounds Geek LOL... However, if the language being spoken isn't the language of the work as a whole, there's usually a translation back so that the audience can see just how wrong the character's speech actually was. For example, Bob thinks he speaks French well. He speaks in French to a waiter, who looks at him oddly and says "Monsieur, I do not think that you really meant to say that there is a blue banana in your navel " Although this trope isPlayed for Laughs, serious examples are known to exist where Poor Communication KILLS

Romeo and Juliet's Secret love life

Secret love life Of Romeo and Juliet
This particular topic called love is a feast to bloggers and writers like me.whenever we are out of some hot topic we write an article on this coolest topic that is called love,romance and seperations. Romance is a popular genre in both cinemas and novels which has most popularity and has Zillion fans.
Love is in the eyes. Love is in word, Love is in breeze. Love is pervert, Love is the silence Love is an art And Love Is Auspicious;
Love is a beautiful feeling that every single person on earth want to perceive. Romance is nothing related to being touchy or feeling sensualities.It is related to our minds actaually saying,our brains.
I just read An article about romeo and juliet's secret love life, full of sex exploitation.I was gifted a novel about the same by young & enthusiastic novelist and My Good Old friend Isabella Mortilini. The content in the novel takes us to the city of verona in italy to make us understand the life happenings of juliet as shakespeare narrates it.In many books I read they referred Juliet as a female protagonist.She's the daughter of Lord.capulet,patriarch of capulet family.Juliet,in this act,a strong and intelligent character in spite of her young age.Some Prose writers consider her the true hero of this story acting as a balance against the Impulsive Romeo.Its her,who sets the boundaries of behavior in her relationship with Romeo.she pledges her commitments before him,Suggesting their marriage.Juliet even forgive Romeo for assaulting her cousin Tybalt.This shows her maturity in contrast with Romeo's Passionate effrontery.The actions and choices she made,establishes her to be more complex in nature than any other character in the Act.

Interview:How people Become emotionally Strong and Unattached.

How To Become Emotionally Strong
I am happy to say this, just after publishing my 25th post here there was a Huge number of emails and Google+ invitations by readers from USA,Sweden, Ukraine and India. People are subscribing and enjoying my blog posts And encouraging the hidden Writer inside me to write and Express more and more. All my life experience and travelling has gained me this little knowledge about some places and people. As I am holding onto my hobbies, daily life, maintainance and studies... It is hard to write back to all the emails and letters . Hope to reply all of my lovely Friends out there one day. My new novel, 'Hacked' is ready to be edited next month. The manuscript is available for download as ebook or you can ask me by sending an Email .I will happily send across a paperback of my Novel. thanks for all the Encouragement. My novel is yet To be Published,and will be out in the Book Shelves-online book sellers and Amazon.com.. Drop me a comment along with email address to get a copy of my Novel 'Hacked-A love locator.' Thanks to All .
Last night a follower named Raksha.Poddar sent me an email that caught my attention, because the subject of her email was: “Things Emotionally Strong People Don’t Do” (An interesting title for an article, I thought) Her email read: “I love your blog. It has helped me get through some seriously tough times. But even though I’ve made progress, I often struggle with emotional weakness. I persistently resist what I know I need to do for myself. So I was wondering, what do emotionally strong people NOT do? The reason I ask is that I’ve spent a lot of time implementing positive habits in my life, but I haven’t really focused on removing any bad habits.” There are a million ways to answer this question (especially as it relates to unique life situation), but since emotional weakness is something all of us struggle with at times, I figured I’d take a stab at answering this question in a general sense, for everyone.. Here are some things emotionally strong people don’t usually do:. They don’t let negativity and drama get the best of them. – Your brain is like radio transmitter. It broadcasts thoughts, directions and vibrations in your life – you get to choose the station it’s tuned in to. Emotionally strong people understand this and tune out negativity to make room for positivity always. Be wise enough to follow in their footsteps. Walk away from the nonsense around you. Focus on the positives, and soon the negatives will be harder to see. They don’t waste time feeling sorry for themselves. – Emotionally strong people don’t sit around feeling sorry about their circumstances or how others have treated them. Instead, they take responsibility for their role in life, work on changing what can be changed, and keep in mind that life isn’t always easy or fair. In the end, happiness is not the absence of problems, but simply the ability to deal well with them. So look at what you have, instead of what you have lost. Because it’s not what the world takes away from you that counts; it’s what you do with what you have left. They don’t think they need more to be happy..Emotionally strong people know that happiness is a mindset of appreciation. In other words, happiness doesn’t start when “this, that or the other thing” is resolved. They don’t compare their journey to everyone else’s. –comparison is the thief of happiness..Do YOUR best and don’t compare your progress with that of others. They are different from You. We all need our own time to travel to our own destinations. Emotionally strong people know this is the truth, and they live by it. They don’t envy and resent other people’s success. – Emotionally strong people can genuinely appreciate and celebrate other people’s success. They don’t grow envious or feel cheated when others achieve something they are trying to achieve. Instead, they recognize that success comes with hard work, and they are willing to work hard for their own chance at success. True confidence has no room for envy and resentment. When you know you are great, you have no reason to hate. They don’t expect everything to be easy. –Emotionally strong people don’t view failures and delays as reasons to give up. Instead, they use failure as an opportunity to grow and improve. They are willing to keep trying until they get it right. Whether they are working on improving their health or getting a new business off the ground, emotionally strong people don’t expect immediate results. Instead, they apply their effort and skills at their best and understand that real change takes time to Occur. They don’t say, “I can’t.” –“Whether you think you can or you think you can’t, you are right.” .Emotionally strong people know this is true. If you really want to do something, you can and you will find a way. If you don’t, you will surely find a long list of excuses. So stop saying “I wish” and start saying “I will.” Turn your “can’ts” into “cans” and your dreams into plans. They don’t let fleeting temptations distract them from their dreams. – Don’t let the temptations of today distract you from what you deserve. .Stay emotionally strong. Do what you have to do now so you can do what you want to do later. They don’t get impatient and settle. – Good things don’t come to those who wait. Good things come to those who are patient… while working hard for what they want most in life. If you know what you want, if you can see it, feel it and move toward it in some small way every single day… it has to happen. Be patient and keep working. They don’t make the same exact mistakes over and over again. – You can’t make the same mistake twice. Because the second time you make it, it’s no longer a mistake, it’s a choice you made. .Emotionally strong people accept responsibility for their behavior and learn from their past mistakes. As a result, they don’t keep repeating the same mistakes Instead, they grow and move on. They don’t resist change. – Emotionally strong people don’t try to avoid change. Instead, they welcome positive change into their life and are willing to be flexible. They understand that change is inevitable and believe in their abilities to adapt. Change happens for a reason. It won’t be easy, but it will be worth it. They don’t waste time and energy on things they can’t control. – You won’t hear an emotionally strong person complaining over traffic jams and rainy days. Instead, they focus on what they can control in hand. And above all, they recognize that sometimes the only thing they can control is their attitude. After all, inner peace begins the moment you choose not to allow an uncontrollable event or person to control your emotions. .They don’t hang on every word other people say about them. –Emotionally strong people listen to their own heart and intuition, not the peanut gallery. So try not to take things other people say about you too personally. What they think and say is a reflection of them, not you. Ultimately, you can’t change how people treat you or what they say about you. All you can do is change how you react and who you choose to be around. They don’t think everyone is out to get them. –Emotionally strong people choose to see the good in others. Because the truth is, the world is full of good people. Whoever says otherwise hasn’t looked around. So look around. Appreciate them. Connect and smile together. When you choose to see the good in others, you end up finding the good in yourself. They don’t worry about pleasing everyone.. –Emotionally strong people recognize that they don’t need to please everyone all the time. They’re not afraid to say no or speak up when necessary. They strive to be compassionate and fair.The bottom line: pleasing everyone is impossible.r. Do what you need to do so that, at the very least, you can look back someday and say, “I gave life My best shot" Leave a comment below and share your thoughts and insights about what I have penned down

The last Lifechanging Seminar by Sandeep Maheshwari

“Success comes from experience and experience comes from Bad Experiences!”

The lessons learned from the Last life changing seminar by Sandeep Maheshwari are numerous but if I want to keep in my mind those few words forever to keep me going, those would be the ones that I am writing about in my blog.
We look at those people who have experienced failures and say that they may not have faced such bad experiences in life, as we had when we walk on the same path.
But the truth is that they have countered much more difficulties than us, probably that’s why they are more successful!
Because with each such ‘EXPERIENCE’ they always learn something new, which tells them, what ‘not’ to do next time;
From which they start understanding various aspects of life which are still to be explored.
It is not as if Successful people did not face any hurdles, they still do, but they have developed that ability that such problems does not matter anymore.
Sandeep Maheshwari , always say his punch line is“Aasaan Hai”(It is Easy)
And the most astonishing thing about successful people is ThEY NEVER QUIT .
If we face problems, we say that I cannot do this any further, this is not something for me, such attitude we come up with.
Then why did you start doing it in the first place?
Go ahead, take your chances, discover what life has to offer, discover what that ‘OPPORTUNITY’ Has to Do in Your Life.
And then if you feel, that may be this was not you Were supposed to do, then go ahead and start doing another such thing which you feel that it will give happiness and the satisfaction You Were looking for.
But being Consistent in your AIM is most important.
Because they have learned the most important law of life, that everything is ‘temporary’. Each phase will come and pass.
Nothing stays forever. Not even success And contrary to the beliefs we Impose on ourselves , success is not a point where you would reach, and say that you have become successful.
Being successful is a journey, not a destination.
If you had done something that gave you happiness yesterday, then you were successful yesterday, not today! If you are doing something that doesn’t give you happiness today, and with which you are ‘not satisfied’
Then you are not successful today. Same goes for failure.
It does not matter, if you have failed in doing something, Let it go.
That does not mean you are a failure even today.
In fact such failure gives you an insight of what success must be like, and what you can do to achieve it
As I have quoted before in the beginning itself which are the words of My Mentor and Inspiration Sandeep Maheshwari ,
success comes from experience and experience comes from bad experiences. . .
so celebrate each time you have a bad experience, because that has added to your ‘experience’ of life and which will pave the path for your success.
Like many other people, my life too changed, on watching this Last life changing seminar by Sandeep Maheshwari ,an inspiration to Follow.
Did you like this post?
Then share this with your friends and other people on Facebook,twitter & your blog and let them know that you like it !
I would love to know about your experiences and how your life changed after watching this Last life °changing seminar by Sandeep Maheshwari.

A Joy Ever Known is a Joy That is Shared

Our day-to-day life, so stressful and Tedious.
The situation is somewhat like LIVING WITH ANXIETY , SEARCHING FOR JOY :
A joy ever Known is a joy which Is Shared.
A joy a Joy, When a JOY is shared
The great danger in today’s world, pervaded as it is by consumerism, is the desolation and anguish born out of a complacent yet covetous heart,
the feverish pursuit of pleasure, and a blunt conscience.
Whenever our interior life becomes caught up in its own interests and concerns, there is no longer roomfor others, no place for the poor.
God’s voice is no longer heard, the quiet joy of his love is no longer felt, and the desire to do good deeds. This is a very true for believers too.
Many fall prey to it, and end up resentful, angry and listless.
That is no way to live a dignified and fulfilled life; A joyful life is When Its Shared and Loved.
So being successful isn't the only Purpose and concern for our life. We can survive without money but without Peace

Medical electronics: budding New Branch of interest and demand

"Positivity is the key to life’s lock. Positivity is a key " I said to myself As I Put on a warm coat, on a Snow-covered Morning in Heisenberg
Hurriedly Rushing out of the building, My hands and legs getting colder. .
Kieth Greeted me with a Warm Smile. As I got out of the Basement,Snow and air hit my face and makes it pale.
An angry face of the professor flashes upon my head .
I reach the classroom within seconds to spare,Sit down and breathe in and out.
In highschool, I was teacher’s pet But in College, U bet ;) . If it was a beautiful, metaphorical life in college you were looking for,
Sorry to disappoint you, but when it comes to the average life Of an original college student we all know
All I want to do is Learn
Not only to learn the Syllabi prescribed by the Higher education board …I want more
Every single Person,except Me is Enjoying the Morning Chill with Friends or Family. . I-Drifting,with a Shuffling feet, running, skipping,sprinting,In a hurry
in boots, in slippers, even barefooted sometimes reaching out to Classroom Cellphone notifications, Alen Texts me" where are you stuck? " I don't even Sigh !! its professor Anderson . . .I remember my Indian Punjabi accent scolding and Smiled . .Finally I reached
I've seen it all on this college campus full of people,Some with high hopes, others just trying to not to get lost in the puzzle …
Students,in their mind. . making up Lame Excuses for Being late to the lecture. . .
Most of the times, those with the apple-pie look are allowed to enter the classroom , those who are tricky-by-face are to be kicked out..
Seems funny :p But its true.
When i started going to Elementary level course of Medical electronics, Alen and me were always together.
Because the lab series was same for both of us.
Our big inspiration,Ms.Anujna.Tandon, our fav Professor who was from a small town In India, held the Lab sessions for GMP analytical chemistry.
She was a university topper in MS, Medical electronics.

Interesting Topic In This Subject : CSP __Chip-scale packaging is emerging as a desirable option for performance-driven small-form-factor medical devices.
Among the many advanced electronics packaging forms introduced during the past few years, chip-scale packaging (CSP) has evolved as an increasingly suitable option for use in performance-driven printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) products.
The past years could even be called the CSP revolution, reflecting tremendous activity among package developers, potential users, and the assembly providers.
Chip-scale packaging provides PCBA designers and manufacturers with the mainstream assembly infrastructure compatibility and the performance advantages of surface-mount technology (SMT).
Consequently, the medical device industry has now begun to embrace CSP as a desirable electronics package for use in its performance-driven small-form-factor (SFF) PCBA products. However, CSP assembly integration into medical electronics products presents a greater challenge for achieving reliability compliance than it has for commodity products such as personal computers.
CSP Performance Advantages In contrast to leaded SMT packaging, CSP provides designers with enhanced performance for electrical, thermal, and mechanical characteristics.
CSP uses the same type of interconnect attachment method to the PCBA as the popular—yet physically larger—ball grid array (BGA) packaging.
Since 1993, the electronics packaging and assembly industry has seen BGA packaging evolve into a dependable option that offers increased input/output (I/O) density
and enables a level of assembly robustness far beyond that of the peripheral leaded quad flat packs (QFPs) available at that time.

CSP presents many of the same advantages as BGA packaging It has a common solder ball grid pitching of 1.27 mm,
yet offers a significantly smaller physical size.
The most common CSP solder ball grid pitch is 0.78 mm.
CSP devices are available with pitching down to 0.4 mm, which provides even more I/O density.
This smaller physical size presents appealing prospects for the evolution of SFF medical products, especially in the growing consumer handheld and in-home market segments.
In addition, CSP offers increased electrical performance because of available alternatives to conventional wire-bonded die-attachment methods common for BGA packaging.
These alternative die-attachment options include thermocompression bonding, solder castillation reflow, and solder-bumped flip-chip methods.

Life is not always what you think, it is different and we have to think out of the box to view it in a different way

Always being different and unique is the only key to a happy life.
I have found happiness in what i believe in doing because that is what i always want to do.
How many successful people think that it is always easy to find happiness and satisfaction in whatever you do !! ? because in life, we have very short period Of time To enjoy and appreciate things happening around us.
We youth likely Are achieving progress in the field we have always thought of ,by being creative
Life would be much more interesting when we start Changing the view or Aspects of Life.
But its also important that most of us lack that creative outbound and creativity dying within .So I have found something that will change the way I am looking at things in my own life
Recently i came across a blog where I read this post about an Important lesson that a philosophy professor taught his students

The professor cleared off his desk and placed on top of it a few items.
One of the items was an empty jar.
He proceeded to fill up the jar with golf balls until jar could take no more.
He looked at the classroom and asked his students if they agree that the jar is full. Every student agreed that the jar was indeed full.
then he picked up a box of small pebbles and poured them into the jar.
The pebbles filled all of the openings in between the golf balls.
He asked the students if the jar was full. Once again, they agreed.
Now he picked up a bag of sand and poured it into the jar.
The sand filled in all of the empty space left between the golf balls and pebbles. He asked the class again if the jar was full. The students agreed it was technically full.
Finally, the teacher pulled out two bottles of beer from his Desk and poured both of them into the jar filling the empty space between the sand.
Now the students began to laugh wondering how far this was going.
The teacher waited until the laughter stopped. "I want you to recognize that this jar represents your life," ,
He started. "The golf balls represent the important things. Your family, children, health, friends, and passions. If everything else was lost and only they remained, your life would still be full.
The pebbles represent the other things in life that matter, such as your job, house and car. The sand---that is everything else.
The small stuff. If you put the sand in first, there is no room for the pebbles or golf balls.The same goes for life. If you spend all of your time and energy on the small stuff, you will never have room for the things that are most important.
Pay attention to the important things in your life.
~~~~~~Enjoy time with family..
~~~~~~Go to dinner with your spouse.
~~~~~~ Play games with your kids.
There will ALWAYS be time to clean the house or Go for shopping.Later sometimes..
Take care of the golf balls first- the things that really matter.
The rest is just sand.
"Before the students left, one student asked."You never mentioned what the beer represents! "The professor smiled and said,
"Well I'm glad you asked.
The beer just shows you that no matter how Busy your life may seem, there's always room to have a beer with a good friend." :)
Offcourse The Best Part of Life ;) Agree ? This is how we must prioritize our life, that too this is a cool and interesting way Right ?
Who would have ever thought this way ! ? Not even Those Money Bags ( Businessmen who spend their life Not seeing their wife or kids for more than a year or So )
